This past week I got the privilege to be able to walk around and talk with kids of all ages from elementary through high school about the First Robotics program. This was held at Osage Beach Elementary School in Lake Of The Ozarks, MO for the grade school level First Robotics Program. The High Schoolers of Camdenton School District in Lake Of The Ozarks were hosting and volunteering for the event of elementary aged children. I was able to talk with some of the younger kids as they were there to present their projects to the reviewers. This year's theme is "Destination Deep Space" and some wonderful creative minds abounded that gym! I additionally had the privilege to speak to some of the high school robotics team "Laser 3284" They are #1 in the Central Missouri division and this week in Houston for the National Championship! Such a wonderful program that supports "STEM" education. That stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. I will keep you updated on how they placed. Way to go Camdenton School District!!
